These Tennessee homes are located directly on the South Holston River in East TN - one of the top trout fishing rivers in the Eastern United States. This river comes from the bottom of the South Holston Dam, which keeps the water cold (approximately 50 degrees in summer times) year round.

Tennessee Retreat Homes are all equipped with new color cable remote TVs, individually controlled heat and fully equipped kitchens, a large sun deck and lots of lawn. We are conveniently located 13 miles south of Interstate 81, Exit 3, 10 miles from Steele Creek Park and Golf Course, 10 miles south of Bristol, VA-TN, 5 miles from South Holston Dam and 4 miles from Bristol International Raceway.
DIRECTIONS
From Interstate 81 take Exit
3 - 381 South - Bristol. 381 to 19 and 11E. At 6th traffic light,
take left (Weaver Pike) for 358 South. Go 8 miles and take Hwy. 44 North.
Go one mile to Webb's General Store on the right.
